At Tommi Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Check Eligibility
Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.
Package and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
